{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 ~ Snow Bunnies ~ Lawn Fawn

Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing one last card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! I was inspired to make an all white card again... except I wanted to build a little scene so I added a tiny bit of color.

This time I built a fun white on white background using three different dies from our fab Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I used the Stitched Windy Backdrop die for my background. This is a landscape die and since I knew the space I wanted it for wasn't very big it wouldn't matter if it didn't fit the whole card base. The clouds are die cut using dies from the Puffy Cloud Borders dies. And the tree line was die cut using the Forest Border dies.

I inked up the exclusive Snow Bunnies from Lawn Fawn and Simon Says Stamps for STAMPtember way back in 2019. Geez!! I didn't realize I'd had these cuties that long. I did find another card on my blog using these cuties if you're interested you can click here to see it.

I adhered all of my layers to a white A2 card base. I adhered the bunnies directly to the card and then added the arms to the snowbunny and flower. No foam tape for this one. I think it has plenty of layers as it is. This was such a fun card to make! Hope you like it.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 for the month of August. There's still time to enter the challenge! The challenge ends on Monday, August 31st. {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 ~ Jolly Christmas Tree ~ Lawn Fawn

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with a little inspiration for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a rainbow Christmas card featuring a fabulous die from our amazing Sponsor Lawn Fawn! This month's prize is a $25 gift card to Lawn Fawn! I sure hope you can play along with this super simple sketch!

My card today features the awesome Jolly Christmas Tree Die. I love this die! So many possibilities!! I die cut it on white card stock and colored the pieces but you could totally die cut pattern papers for an easier and quicker card.

I paired up the tree with the retired Really Rainbow Christmas 6x6 Paper Pad. One of my most favorite paper pads from Lawn Fawn. I've still got scraps left after all these years! I die cut my pieces using a die from the Stitched Hillside Borders Dies.

I stamped a simple sentiment from the Say What Holiday Critters stamp set. Trimmed it and adhered it to the card to finish it off.

Copic markers used:
Green Tree: YG11, YG03
Red: R20, R14
Orange: YR20, YR15
Yellow: Y11, Y15
Green Ornaments: YG11, YG06
Blue: BG10, B00, B02
Purple: BV00, BV02
Trunk: E21, E23, E25

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 72 ~ Winter Skies ~ Lawn Fawn

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for a new sketch challenge over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card featuring a sweet stamp and fab papers from our wonderful Sponsor Lawn Fawn! One lucky winner will win a $25 gift card to Lawn Fawn!! Woohoo!

I stamped the fun snowflakes from the Winter Skies stamp set with second generation stamping of Worn Lipstick Distress Ink for a lighter pink that coordinated with the papers just a tad more. Second Generation Stamping is a paper crafting technique where you ink a stamp, make a first impression on scrap paper and then stamp a second time without re-inking to create a softer, lighter shade of the exact same color.

I also stamped the sweet bears on a scrap of white card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the bears with Copic markers {listed below}. I die cut the cute bears using the coordinating dies from the Winter Skies Dies. The stamp and dies are also available in a bundle... Winter Skies Bundle. I popped up the bears with foam tape.

Bears: C0, C2
Scarf: R00, RV10, R12, R32

I used a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" piece of pattern paper from the Knit Picky Winter 6x6 Petite Paper Pack for my background on a white card base. And I die cut a piece of the knit paper from the same pattern papers using the Stitched Hillside Borders Dies. Once I adhered all the layers together I stamped the sentiment using my mini misti to finish it off.

{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party ~ Hot Cocoa Gnomes ~ Not 2 Shabby

Hello again crafty friend!
I'm back with a couple more holiday cards for day 7 of the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party!! I'm excited to share not one but two holiday cards that I'm adding to my Christmas stash! This time I mixed things up with some fun ephemera from Sponsor Not 2 Shabby and I paired it up with a stencil from Sponsor Gina K. Designs!

The adorable gnomes are from the Hot Cocoa Gnomes ephemera pack from Not 2 Shabby. Aren't they just the cutest?! I love them! The sentiment is from the Gingerbread Coffee House stamp set, also from Not 2 Shabby but I'm not seeing either of them on the website. But they do have a bunch of other fab ephemera packs!!

I paired them up with the Sweater Weather Stencil from Gina K. Designs. I blended Salty Ocean and Seedless Preserves Distress Inks for my first card.

I die cut the stenciled panels prior to ink blending. I used a die from the Large Cross-Stitched Rectangle Stackables dies from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I masked the edges of the die panels with iCraft Pixie Tape from Sponsor Therm O Web and then I blended with my inks. For my second card, I blended Mowed Lawn and Candied Apple Distress Inks. I made sure not to actually blend these since I didn't want brown in the middle so they just get lighter near the middle.

If you haven't already, stop by the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I am loving ALL of the cards! I hope you have an INKredible day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party ~ Snowman Globe ~ RAM Stamps

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm so excited to share my first card for the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party hosted by the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! This is our seventh annual Christmas in July Linky Party! Woohoo!! This event is a great excuse to get ahead on those holiday cards to relieve some of the stress later on in the year during the holidays. I am super excited to add a few more holiday cards to my Christmas card stash and I sure hope that you'll join in the fun!

For my first card I've made a sweet holiday card using the adorable Snowman Globe Digital Stamp from our Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Digital Stamps AKA RAM Stamps. I combined and resized a few digital stamps on a page and printed them off with my printer. I colored up the cute snowman globe image with Copic markers. I wrapped the globe with white baker's twine and popped it up on the card with foam tape.

Copic markers I used:
Snowman / Snow: C0, C2, Colorless Blender
Nose: YR20, YR15
Arms: E57
Hat: N1, N3, N5, R20, R14, R27
Scarf: C0, C2, YR11, YG03
Stars: YG11, YG03, R20, R14, R27
Globe: YG11, YG03

I like to revisit some of our past sketches when I'm looking for inspiration. I went WAY back and chose BYSHC Sketch 19 for my card today. Such a fun and quick sketch... I just might use this one again.

I paired up the cute globe with the Knit Picky Winter 6x6 Paper Pack from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I also used the retired Winter Otter stamp set for the sentiment from Lawn Fawn to finish off my card.

I'm also a Sponsor for the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party!! I have a wonderful prize set aside for one lucky winner. For a chance to win my fun prize make a Christmas card and link it up to the linky party blog post on the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers blog. All of the winners of all the amazing prizes will be announced on the {BYSHC} blog on Tuesday, July 28th.

I'm back with another holiday card for day 7 of the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party!! Just today and tomorrow left to play along with the linky party. This week has gone by so fast!!

I inked up the super cute and sweet stamp from the Holiday Reboot Kit from our Sponsor The Greeting Farm using Memento Tuxedo Black ink in my mini misti and I applied pressure with the awesome Pressure Pal from our Sponsor Twiddler's Nook. I love using the Pressure Pal... it's especially helpful when my hands are hurting {darn arthritis!}. I colored up the sweet Anya from the kit with Copic markers and fussy cut her on the line. I used a black marker to color the edges of my cutting so it looks nice and neat.

Copic Markers used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Mouth: R20, R14, N4, N6
Hair: E33, E35, E37
Star: BG000, BG10
Scarf: BG000, BG10, BG15
Red Sweater: R20, R14, R27
Skirt / Boots: N2, N4, N6
Hand Muff: C0, C2

The Holiday Reboot Kit isn't available right now but if you'd like to add her {and all the other cuties in the kit} to your collection, you can check out thFarmers Market and submit a request via email... maybe the kit will be available for the next Farmers Market that's scheduled for April 23rd. Fingers crossed! Here's a couple cuties that are available if you're interested... Holiday Anya 11 and Holiday Anya 12.

I like to revisit some of our past sketches when I'm looking for inspiration. I went WAY back and chose BYSHC Sketch 9 for my card today. Another fave! I love the simple design with the tilt of the top panel.

I paired up cute Anya with the Knit Picky Winter Petite Paper Pack from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. The colors coordinate nicely with the colors I used for Anya. The Hawaiian Shores card stock from Papertrey Ink measures 3-5/8 x 3-3/4" and the knit pattern paper measures 2-3/4 x 3-5/8". I popped up Anya with some foam tape to add some dimension to the card. I finished off the card with a cute sentiment from the kit and card I added some confetti pieces from the White Glossy Card Bling from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs.

{BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Christmas Penguins ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I can't believe it's day 7 of the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party!! We're nearing the end of our last linky party of the year. I sure hope you've been able to play along and build your stash of holiday cards. Today I'm sharing a sweet card featuring an adorable digi stamp set from our wonderful Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps.

At the start of the Linky Party I had combined a bunch of digi stamps in a Word Document and these cutie penguins from the Christmas Penguins digital stamps were included on my sheet.  Aren't they the sweetest?! I colored them up with copic markers and fussy cut them out leaving a border around them.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Penguins: N0, N2, N4, YR20, YR15
Bow: R20, R14, R29
Stars: Y11, Y15
Scarf: R20, R14, R29, C0, C1, YG11, G24, G46
Ornaments: Y15, Y28, R20, R14, R29, C0
Hat: C0, C1, R20, R14, R29
Tree: YG11, G24, G46

I created a wintry scene using a fun background I die cut with the Swirls Pierce & Cut Plate from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. The snowy hills were die cut using a die from the Stitched Hillside Borders from Sponsor Lawn Fawn.

I adhered the background and hills to a white A2 card base using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. The cute critters and tree were also adhered with the same glue. I trimmed the sentiment but it didn't look quite right. I ended up just fussy cutting it and adhering it to the card.

This little cutie didn't really fit on the front of the card so I put him inside the card. Just too cute!

{BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Meowy Kittymas ~ Crafty Stamp Co.

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 5 of the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party!! I'm back to share another holiday card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with an adorable stamp from our fabulous Sponsor Crafty Stamp Co.

How stinkin' cute is this kitty?! Love her! I inked up the adorable kitty from the Meowy Kittymas stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. And then I colored it up with a bunch of Copic markers.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Kitty: N0, N2, N4, R00, R20
Hat: C0, C1, R20, R14, R29
Gifts: YG11, G24, G46, E30, E31
Leaves: YG11, G24, G46
Berries: R20, R14, R29
Sleigh: E21, E23, E25, R20, R14, R29

I used some fun scraps for my card today from the Christmas Time 6x6 Paper Pad from Sponosr Newton's Nook Designs. I don't normally mix pattern papers from different companies but I did today. My Christmas Time paper pad is really only scraps. I didn't have a full panel to use for the background but I thought it paired up nicely with this paper from the retired Knit Picky 6x6 paper pack from Sponsor Lawn Fawn.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 36. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. The only trimming I did for my paper scraps was trimming them to 2" wide and I think I trimmed off the bottom scrap so it would fit on the panel. It was a tiny bit too big. The challenge ends on Monday, October 27th. I hope you'll join in the fun!

All of my background paper layers are adhered using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. I added foam tape called iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white), also from Therm O Web, to the back of the sentiment and the kitty and popped them both up on the card. And then I finished it off with a little confetti called Glossy White Card Bling from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs.

If you haven't already, stop by the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I am loving all of the fun cards being shared! It's giving me so many ideas for cards! Have a wonderful day!

{BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Christmas Kitties ~ Angie Blom Digital Designs

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 3 of the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party!! I'm excited to share another holiday card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with an awesome digital stamp from our fabulous Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs. How cute are these kitties?! I think they're meow-tastic!!

These cuties are from the Christmas Kitties Digi Stamp. I used one of the printable sheets that I normally just print off but this time I was filling my card stock sheet with other digi stamps so I did crop the kitties with the sentiment and move it on the sheet. Once I had all of my digi stamps resized and situated I printed them off on white card stock. I then die cut the kitties using the Postage Stamp Nesting Dies from Sponsor Unity. I wrapped the panel a few times with a pretty twine and tied a little bow.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Orange Kitty: YR20, YR15, R00, R20
Green Hat: C0, C1, YG11, G24, G46
Necklace: R14, R29, C1
Grey Kitty: N2, N4, R00, R20
Hat / Scarf: C0, C1, C3, R20, R14, R29
Snow: C0, C1, C3
Background: B000, B00

I paired up these cuties with the retired Snow Day Remix 6x6 paper pack from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I love these papers! So bummed they are retired. I adhered the scraps of pattern paper to a white A2 top fold card base creating my festive background.

Inspiration for my card came from one of our past sketches... BYSHC Sketch 26. I love using the past sketches and changing them up a bit to fit my card.

All of my background paper layers are adhered using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. I added foam tape called iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white), also from Therm O Web, to the back of the main panel and popped it up on the card. And then I finished it off with little snowflakes from the Christmas Confetti Clay Embellishment Mix from Sponsor Twiddler's Nook.

If you haven't already, stop by the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I have so many wonderful ideas for future cards! So inspiring! I hope you have an ink-redible day!

Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Nautilus Swirl Stencil ~ A Colorful Life Designs

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with another card I made for the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party! I've been so inspired by the cards shared over at the Linky Party... I just HAD to get inky! I saw a fab card by sweet Holly Brown not too long ago and I immediately thought it would be fun to use the same stencil but for a Christmas card.

Voila! I think it's peppermint perfection!! Haha! I used the awesome Nautilus Swirl Stencil from our amazing Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs for my fun background. I blended over the stencil using Candied Apple Distress Ink. I focused the blending in the center and lightened the blends with a softer touch around the edges.

I trimmed the panel to 4 x 5-1/4" and die cut it using the Large Cross-Stitched Rectangle Stackables from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I adhered the die cut piece directly to the white A2 top fold card and then added iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) from our lovely Sponsor Therm O Web to the outer portion making it into a fun frame. It gives some really fun dimension to the card.

I stamped the cute cup and peppermints from the retired Peppermint Mocha Season stamp set from Sponsor Not 2 Shabby using the fabulous Pressure Pal from our awesome Sponsor Twiddler's Nook to get an even pressure on my Misti while stamping. This tool really comes in handy when my hands are hurting. I colored the fun images with Copic markers. I fussy cut each of the images on the line, colored the edges with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker, and then adhered them together. I added foam tape to the portions of the images that laid in the center of the card and then I used iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Therm O Web for the handle and bottom portion that sat on the frame. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I finished off the card with some White Glossy Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs.

I hope you'll stop by the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared! I've been inspired by so many of the cards! I sure hope you'll stop by and check it out! Have an ink-tastic day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Felix the Fox ~ Preview Day 2 ~ The Greeting Farm

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's Day 2 of previews at The Greeting Farm for the July release. I am loving the super cute foxes in the FELIX THE FOX stamp set!! They are all SO cute!

I inked up just the one fox for my card, but I used a bunch of the other stamps in the set. I stamped all the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them up with Copic markers. I added white dots to the red mushroom with a Sakura White Gelly Roll pen.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Fox: E95, E97, E09, R00, R20, W0, W2, W3, N2, N4, N6
Shorts: BV02, BV34, BV08
Log: E25, E57, E29
Bushes / Grass: YG11, BG34, BG49
Tree: E25, E57, E29, Y11, Y15, YR15
Falling Leaves: Y11, Y15, YR15, R20, R14, R27
Mushrooms: W1, W2, W3, R20, R14, R27
Blue Bird: YR16, B000, B91, B93, E000, E00, E21

I paired up the cute fox with a few scraps of paper I have from Lawn Fawn. I don't actually know the name of these papers. I adore the colors though... they inspired my whole color scheme.

I fussy cut all of the colored images and colored the edges with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker. I adhered all the images on the yellow pattern paper. I adhered the trimmed sentiment to the bottom of the panel and then popped up the panel and sentiment with foam tape.

This card was so much fun to make! Be sure to stop by the TGF blog to see all the makes from the design team. The release goes live in the store on the 15th at 12am EST.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
