Membership Wednesday ~ September 2025 KOM Harvest to Holiday ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! Today I'm sharing a quick Fall card featuring the gorgeous HUGE pumpkin from the September 2025 Kit of the Month membership called Harvest to Holiday from Unity Stamp Co.

I stamped the script sentiment included in the kit several times on the left side of a piece of Kraft card stock. I then stamped the the pumpkin and the 'Fall Blessings' sentiment. I trimmed the panel to 4-1/2 x 4-1/2".

I ink smooshed the panel keeping the top right corner mostly free of ink. I used Spiced Marmalade, Carved Pumpkin, Abandoned Coral, and Gathered Twigs Distress Inks. Once I was happy with the ink smooshing, I dried the panel with a Wagner Precision Heat Tool. I colored the stem with a few Copic markers: E11, E25, E18.

I roughed up the edges of the Kraft layer with a Distress Tool from Tim Holtz. I adhered the panel to a 4-5/8" squared piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock from Stampin' Up. The script on the left side needed something to break it up so I wrapped the panel three times with natural May Arts Burlap String and tied a bow. I covered the back of the panel with foam tape leaving a space for the string and popped it up on a 5" squared piece of Early Espresso card stock, also from SU. The panel is adhered to a 10 x 5" Kraft card base that's scored at 5". I finished off the card with a few enamel dots from my stash.

Here's a quick look at this month's Kit of the Month membership!

Another option is to get this kit separately here... Pumpkin Hearth.

That's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps! Have a fab day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

~ Friends of Unity September 2025 Blog Hop ~

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for our Friends of Unity Blog Hop!! This month's cue is SO much fun!

It took me a while to get started. I was really stuck for ideas. But once I got started I couldn't stop. So with that said. There's a lot of content on this blog post. I made three projects and the last one was very involved. There's lots of photos and I'll try to keep the chatter to a minimum so the post isn't too terribly long. I hope you enjoy my projects and if you're inspired by my makes, I'd love to see what you make.

First up is a cute accordion tag book that was inspired by our sweet crafty friend, Jenni Shamblin. She's sharing one today that is SO beautiful. Be sure you stop by her blog {down below in the hop}.

Here's the tag book opened. I used small pieces of white card stock to attach the tags together. I didn't cover the back. I still might but I couldn't find a paper I liked to do it so for now it's just blank. I used four Fall themed tags that I received from Unity. Not sure if it was a gift or if I ordered it, but they sure made this project come together quickly.

Here's a photo sharing the Itty Bitty stamps I used: Planner Gal: Seasonal Hello, Pumpkin Spice Please, Bountiful Fall {retired}, Pumpkin Greetings {retired}, and three of the sentiments are from the August 2025 KOM Season of Soft & Spooky

Copic markers used:
Orange: YR20, YR15, YR27
Yellow: Y11, Y15, Y21, Y38
Brown: E000, E00, E11, E23, E43, E44, E57
Green: YG11, YG63, G94
Red: R20, R14, R35.

Next up is a cute tag that could also be a bookmark. I was inspired by my favorite bookmark that I made eons ago. I thought I'd case it and maybe send it to a friend. I just realized I didn't write down the Copics I used for this one. Sorry about that.

I used a fun mix of stamps for this one: July 2021 KOM Special Spot in My HeartBooks a' Flutter {retired}, and Better With Friends

Inks used: Peacock Feathers and Vintage Photo Distress Inks, Black Amalgam Ink, Memento Tuxedo Black marker.

Here's a quick photo of my original bookmark and my cased bookmark. Original used the same book stamps, but the girl is from Part of the Story {retired}. Not sure about the other background stamps on that one. They might be Stampin' Up.

I wanted to share one more photo for this one. Once I had my background done on the bookmark I stamped the girl so that when I fussy cut off all the dots and hearts around her it would still be a part of her on the bookmark. I love those little details.

And my last project... a Mixed Media Mini File Folder. I had just received this awesome file folder die in an order and I was inspired to make something for the hop. It's the Floral Slots File Folder from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Once I got started with this project it took off so please bare with me. There's lots of photos and I recorded a quick video that I share at the end just sharing the finished project. The cover features a bunch of stamps but the big new pumpkin is the star. This pumpkin is in the September 2025 KOM Harvest to Holiday. It's also available separately here... Pumpkin Hearth. I ink smooshed the pumpkin with Spiced Marmalade, Carved Pumpkin and Abandoned Coral Distress inks. I blended some Vintage Photo Distress ink around the edges and colored the stem with Copics {E21, E25, E57}. In the background you'll find the big leaf from Beautiful Change, the stitch stamps from Time to be Happy Again, and a couple stamps from Love Who You Are.

The inside of the mini file folder. I inked smooshed the whole thing with Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, Vintage Photo and Carved Pumpkin Distress Inks. The big tree is from the July 2021 KOM Special Spot in My Heart and the fun pumpkins are from Beautiful Change. The 'fall feels' sentiment on the tab is from the August 2025 KOM Season of Soft & Spooky. I masked it so that it would fit in the little spot.

Here's a look at the tag fronts. I ink smooshed the manila tags with Spiced Marmalade, Carved Pumpkin, and Abandoned Coral Distress inks. I blended a bit of Vintage Photo Distress ink to soften the white and then I distressed the edges with some too. I used the Tree of Gratitude stamps for these. All four of them are heat embossed with Penny EP from Brutus Monroe. The spatters are Ground Espresso Distress ink that I diluted with a tiny bit of water.

The other side of the tags. I distressed the edges on this side too but didn't do the spatter. I used a leaf from the Tree of Gratitude, another leaf from the August 2025 KOM Season of Soft & Spooky, and then trees also from that KOM. The three sentiments on the left are also from the KOM. And then the last one on the right is from Beautiful Change.

I just had to keep on going but I kept the back simple with just a few trees and a sentiment from the August 2025 KOM Season of Soft & Spooky. They are also available separately here... Long Rooted Truths. I tried to keep my chatter to a minimum. If you have a question about anything I made, please ask away in the comments.

I recorded a quick video just sharing the finished project. You can check that out here if the video above doesn't work... Mixed Media Mini File Folder | Unity Stamp Co.

Inky Paws Challenge 244 ~ Fall Halloween Theme Challenge {Week 1}

 Hello there crafty friend!
Who's up for a new challenge?! It's time to get our paws inky with a fun theme challenge! I always love the theme challenges! So many possibilities! You have until Friday, September 26th to get your entries in for the #244 Fall/Halloween Theme Challenge and a chance to win a $20 store credit to Newton's Nook Designs!

This is probably my most favorite challenge... I love everything Fall! And Halloween is definitely a favorite around our house! Can't wait to see all the fun entries for this challenge!

I started with my background for this card. I secured the Falling Leaves Stencil over a card front of Kraft card stock using iCraft Pixie Tape. Starting in the bottom right corner I blended Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin, Barn Door, and Vintage Photo Distress Inks. To get a nice blend I went over each color a couple of times until I was happy with the blend.

I die cut the background using the postage stamp die from the Framework Die Set and adhered the panel to a Kraft A2 top fold card base. Next, I stamped the adorable kitty from the Newton's Reading List Stamp Set. I also stamped the smaller stack of books with the coffee cup from the Autumn Reads Stamp Set. By combining these two stamp sets I was able to achieve a Fall theme.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Kitty: YR20, YR21, YR15, YR27, R00, R20, C0, C2
Collar: R20, R14, R27, Y15, Y28
Coffee Cup: YR20, YR15, YG03, G94, E51, E25
Leaves: Y11, Y15, YG03, G94, E11, E25, YR20, YR15
Books: Y11, Y15, E51, E11, E25, YG03, G94, YR20, YR21, YR15, R20, R14, R27, C0, C2, C3, C5

Once I had the images colored, I die cut them using the coordinating dies from the Newton's Reading List Die Set and the Autumn Reads Die Set. I stamped the fun book title for the yellow book using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I did look through all of my Fall stamps and couldn't find one to fit on the book so I decided to stamp a sentiment from the Autumn Reads Stamp Set. I popped up the kitty and the sentiment on the card with foam tape. Doesn't this book loving kitty just look so cozy?!

Now it's your turn to get your paws inky with your Newton's Nook Designs products and create a project using this fun theme. Be sure to link up to the Inky Paws Challenge! Can't wait to see your projects!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

One Of A Kind ~ One Of A Kind Big Kit ~ The Greeting Farm

 Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing a sweet card featuring one of the cuties from the One of a Kind Big Kit from The Greeting Farm! How stinkin' cute is this sweet bean dressed up as an owl?! Love her! It's not currently available in the store but you can always request it in the Farmers Market

I heat embossed the cute little flower with white pigment ink and white embossing powder on white card stock. And then I did a bit of ink smooshing and blending with Kitsch Flamingo, Picked Raspberry, and Festive Berries Distress Ink on a white card front.

I inked up the owl bean and another flower with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic markers. I fussy cut her on the line and then I used a Memento Tuxedo Black marker to color the edges of my fussy cutting. This makes the cutting look nice and neat.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Hair: Y11, E43, E44
Owl: W0, W2, W3, W5
Owl Beak: YR20, YR15, YR27, N2, N4
Owl Eyes: YG00, YG21, YG11
Flower: RV10, RV02, Y11, Y15

I die cut the ink smooshed panel with a pretty rectangle die from Poppy Stamps called Double Stitch Scalloped Rectangle Frames. I masked the top portion of the sentiment because it wouldn't all fit and then I stamped the sentiment with the Festive Berries Distress Ink.

I popped up the cutie bean with foam tape. I hope I've inspired you to get inky! Have a wonderful day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Membership Wednesday ~ August 2025 KOM Season of Soft & Spooky ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! Today I'm sharing a lovely Fall card featuring the beautiful leaves from the August 2025 Kit of the Month membership from Unity Stamp Co.

I started with a white card front measuring 4-1/4 x 5-1/2". I masked the two ends with each with a piece of iCraft Pixie Tape. I blended Mustard Seed Distress Ink over the center portion of the card. I dried the ink with a heat tool and then applied an anti-static powder to the area. I stamped the two leaves with a watermark ink and then dusted the wet ink with clear embossing powder. I melted the powder with a heat tool.Once the embossed areas had cooled, I blended Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink over the area. I dried the area with a heat tool applied anti-static powder again. I stamped two more leaves with clear embossing ink and then sprinkled clear embossing powder over the wet ink. I melted the powder with a heat tool. So at this point I had the yellow and orange leaves on my masked panel.

I used the very same steps with the remaining leaves using Lumberjack Plaid and Vintage Photo Distress Inks. I finished off the panel with some Walnut Stain and Black Soot Distress Inks. The top left and bottom left leaves were done with Vintage Photo even though it looks a bit red. Not sure why.

I used the same technique for this card that I shared a couple of years ago using the October 2022 Kit of the Month called Change & Direction. If the video above doesn't work you can use this link... Emboss Resist Technique | October 2022 Kit of the Month | Unity Stamp Co.

I stamped the sentiment with Black Amalgam ink and then trimmed the panel to 4 x 5-1/4". I wrapped the panel a few times with black burlap string and tied a bow. I adhered the panel to a black A2 top fold card base and then added a few reddish enamel dots.

Here's a quick look at this month's Kit of the Month membership!

Another option is to get this kit separately here... Grunge Grove.

Well, that's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps! Have a fab day!

Membership Wednesday ~ August 2025 Uniquely Unity Windowsill Woodlands ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! Today I'm sharing a fun card to brighten anyone's day featuring the adorable owl from the August 2025 Uniquely Unity membership along with the cute background stamp from the August 2025 Background of the Month membership.

I stamped the awesome background on Kraft card stock using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. I blended some Vintage Photo Distress Ink over the panel and then die cut it using the largest die from the Deckle & Stitches Nesting Die Set.

I then blended some Gathered Twigs Distress Ink around the edges of the die cut panel. I stamped the heart again on a scrap of Kraft card stock and blended a bit of Candied Apple Distress Ink in the center. I fussy cut the heart and set it aside. I stamped the adorable owl with Black Amalgam ink and colored it with Copic markers. I used a Sakura White Gelly roll pen to add some spots to the owl.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Owl: E000, E11, E25
Beak: YR20, YR15, YR68, YR27
Eyes: YG21, YG11

I fussy cut the owl and adhered it to the heart and then I popped up the heart on the card with foam tape. Can you see the hint of dimension? I cut three pieces of Natural May Arts Burlap String and tied them around the panel with a bow. And then I glued the panel to a Kraft A2 top fold card base. I heat embossed the sentiment on Kraft card stock and distressed the edges lightly with the residual ink on my brown blending brush.

Here's a quick look at this month's Uniquely Unity membership!

Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 59 ~ Jolly Christmas Tree ~ Lawn Fawn

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with one more card I made for the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party and one last card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 59 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a sweet rainbow holiday card featuring a fun die, stamp and papers from our fab Sponsor Lawn Fawn.

I had a fun idea for a rainbow theme for this one so naturally I grabbed the retired Really Rainbow Christmas 6x6 paper pack from Lawn Fawn. I wish they would bring these papers back... they are just too cute! I thought the trees would look cute behind the awesome Jolly Christmas Tree die. I die cut the tree from green papers from the rainbow pack and then the rest of the tree was die cut from white card stock. I colored the star, trunk, and the baubles with Copic markers.

I stamped the adorable unicorn from the Winter Unicorn stamp set and I fussy cut it but if you're not one for fussy cutting there is a Winter Unicorn lawn cuts available for die cutting. I actually die cut mine, but the die slipped in my Big Shot so it was super wonky. So I just fussy cut it. Always remember to secure your dies with washi tape {or something similar}. I usually do, but for some reason I didn't for this cutie. Oh well... it all worked out.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Unicorn: C0, C1, C5, R00, R20, BV00, BV02, B000, B00, R20, R14, R27, Y11, Y15
Tree Topper / Yellow Baubles: Y11, Y15
Red Baubles: R20, R14, R27
Orange Baubles: YR20, YR15
Green Baubles: YG11, YG03
Blue Baubles: B000, B00, B02
Purple Baubles: BV00, BV02
Tree Trunk: E21, E25, E57

I chose a small sentiment since the paper has sentiments all over it. The sentiment is from the Say What? Holiday Critters stamp set. I just stamped it with black ink, trimmed it, and adhered it to the card. I adhered the unicorn to the tree and popped them up with iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) from our lovely Linky Party Sponsor Therm O Web.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 59 for the month of July. There's just a few days left to enter the challenge! If you're interested in seeing a bit more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog! Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Nautilus Swirl Stencil ~ A Colorful Life Designs

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with another card I made for the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party! I've been so inspired by the cards shared over at the Linky Party... I just HAD to get inky! I saw a fab card by sweet Holly Brown not too long ago and I immediately thought it would be fun to use the same stencil but for a Christmas card.

Voila! I think it's peppermint perfection!! Haha! I used the awesome Nautilus Swirl Stencil from our amazing Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs for my fun background. I blended over the stencil using Candied Apple Distress Ink. I focused the blending in the center and lightened the blends with a softer touch around the edges.

I trimmed the panel to 4 x 5-1/4" and die cut it using the Large Cross-Stitched Rectangle Stackables from Sponsor Lawn Fawn. I adhered the die cut piece directly to the white A2 top fold card and then added iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) from our lovely Sponsor Therm O Web to the outer portion making it into a fun frame. It gives some really fun dimension to the card.

I stamped the cute cup and peppermints from the retired Peppermint Mocha Season stamp set from Sponsor Not 2 Shabby using the fabulous Pressure Pal from our awesome Sponsor Twiddler's Nook to get an even pressure on my Misti while stamping. This tool really comes in handy when my hands are hurting. I colored the fun images with Copic markers. I fussy cut each of the images on the line, colored the edges with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker, and then adhered them together. I added foam tape to the portions of the images that laid in the center of the card and then I used iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Therm O Web for the handle and bottom portion that sat on the frame. The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. I finished off the card with some White Glossy Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs.

I hope you'll stop by the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared! I've been inspired by so many of the cards! I sure hope you'll stop by and check it out! Have an ink-tastic day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Membership Wednesday ~ July 2025 KOM Feelin' Fall the Things ~ Unity Stamp Co.

 Hello there crafty friend!
I can't believe how fast the time is going by! We are nearing the end of the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party! It's always so sad to reach the end, but I'm super happy to be adding so many cards to my stash! I hope you've been inspired to play along with us. My card today features the wonderful bear from this month's Kit of the Month called Feelin' Fall the Things AND a couple of stamps from the November 2023 Kit of the Month called Festive Flair from our amazing Sponsor Unity Stamp Co. It's Membership Wednesday... a fun day to share inspiration for the awesome memberships over at Unity!

I started with my background that I ink smooshed with Rustic Wilderness Distress Ink on my 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" card front of Kraft card stock. I focused the ink smooshing on the left side and bottom knowing that I was going to cover the right side with pattern paper. I stamped the wonderful distressed plaid stamp from the Festive Flair kit onto the ink smooshed background using the same ink. I trimmed and tore the pretty pattern paper from the Watercolor Tidings {paper pack} and distressed the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I adhered it to the background.

And then I stamped the beautiful tree on the sled from the November 2023 KOM and the beautiful bear from the July 2025 KOM using Black Amalgam ink from Sponsor Gina K. Designs. I colored up the images with Copic markers and fussy cut them. I distressed the tree on the sled a little bit to tone down the white. I adhered the bear to the tree on the sled and then added foam tape to the back and popped them up on the card for some dimension.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Tree: YG11, G24, G46, E23
Ornaments: R20, R14, R27, Y11, Y08, BG000, BG01
Star: Y11, Y08
Sled: E21, E23, E25
Presents: BG000, BG01, Y11, Y08, R20, R14, R27, YG11, G24
Bear: E11, E21, E23, E25, G24 {eye}
Bear Crown: R20, R14, R27, YG11, G24, G46

I wrapped the panel with Luxe Satin Ribbon from Papertrey Ink and added a cute little bow. I added a fun metal tag from Tim Holtz with a bit of burlap string to finish it off.

Here's a peek at this month's Kit of the Month

The sweet bear from this kit is also available separately here... Wilder Still.

I hope you'll stop by the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared! I've been inspired by so many of the cards! I sure hope you'll stop by and check it out! Have an ink-redible day!
