{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party ~ Small Snowflake ~ Gina Marie Designs

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 3 of the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party!! I'm excited to share another holiday card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with a couple dies from our fabulous Sponsor Gina Marie Designs. An all white card!

I get so intimidated by this style of card but this idea popped in my head and I just love it! I used the Small Snowflake Die from Gina Marie Designs. And the circles were die cut using a die from the X Stitched Circle Dies {not currently available}. I just adhered those together with iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web.

I wanted something in the background. Just plain white didn't seem right to me so I used the Swirls Pierce & Cut Plate from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. I adhered it to a white A2 top fold card base using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive.

I finished off the card with a cut apart sentiment from Sponsor Unity. I believe this was a freebie in an order sometime around Christmas last year. I adhered it to the circles and then I popped up the circles and sentiment using a bunch of iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) from Sponsor Therm O Web. I'm so happy with how this one turned out!

If you haven't already, stop by the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I have so many wonderful ideas for future cards! So inspiring! I hope you have an INKredible day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

{BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party ~ {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 71 ~ Snowflake Deer ~ A Colorful Life Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with a little inspiration for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 71 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group AND it's day 2 of the {BYSHC} Christmas in July 2026 Linky Party! Today I'm sharing an endearing Christmas card featuring two fab stencils from our amazing Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs! This month's prize for the sketch challenge is a $25 gift code to A Colorful Life Designs! Woohoo!

I love working with Kraft and White for the holidays! I used the beautiful Snowflake Deer Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs for my focal image. I did cut it down a bit using a circle die - it's more of a snow globe shape.

Adding a touch of love to my background with the HeartFlakes Stencil. I adore these heart snowflakes!! I think they compliment the deer so nicely. I used Sugar Cube White Pigment ink from Sponsor Taylored Expressions over the two stencils on Kraft card stock from Papertrey Ink.

The sentiment is a cut apart sentiment from Sponsor Unity that I believe was a freebie with an order last Christmas. I finished off the card with a few White Glossy Card Bling confetti pieces from A Colorful Life Designs.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 71 for the month of July. If you're interested in seeing a bunch more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog! I went a little rogue with my design using a circle in place of the square or rectangle and then I moved the sentiment. It just didn't look right on the other side of the card.

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party ~ Bear Hugs ~ Creative Worship Stamps

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm sneaking in one last make for the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party hosted on the {BYSHC} blog! Today I'm sharing a sweet holiday tag I made using a couple cute stamp sets from our lovely Sponsor Creative Worship Stamps.

I stamped the sweet bear from the retired Bear Hugs stamp set and colored him up with my Copic markers. I fussy cut him leaving a border. I then stamped the beautiful holly stamp from the Holly Jolly stamp set and die bundle using Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks. I added a bit of texture to the leaves with some Copics. I stamped the berries using Candied Apple Distress Ink. I also added a bit of shadow to the berries with a Copic marker.

Copic markers used:
Bear: E000, E30, E33, R00, R20
Candy Cane: R20, R14, R27, C0, C2
Mug: BG000, BG10, BG01
Snowflake: C0, C2
Holly: YG11, G46
Berries: R20, R27

I die cut the holly and berries using the dies from the bundle. I die cut an ornament for my tag from Kraft card stock using the Christmas Ornament & Bulb Tag Die Set from Creative Worship Stamps. The tag was a little too plain so I added a piece of pattern paper from the Winter Parade 6x6 Paper Pad from Sponsor Pajama Crafter Stamps. I die cut the paper using a die from the retired Stitched Circle Stacklets from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. And then I finished off the tag with pretty iridescent ribbon from my stash.

Be sure to stop by the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party to check out all the fab inspiration! The party ends tonight at midnight! Have a wonderful day!

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with one more make for the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party hosted on the {BYSHC} blog! Today I'm sharing a sweet holiday card featuring an adorable retired stamp from our fabulous Sponsor Newton's Nook Designs.

I used the sweet Dairy Christmas stamp set and the coordinating Dairy Christmas die set. I colored up the stamp with Copic markers that coordinated with my papers.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Rooster ~ YR21, YR24, YR15, YR27, R20, R14
Rooster's Hat: R20, R14, R27, C0, C2
Rooster's Scarf: YG11, G24, G46
Pig ~ R00, R11, R02, R20, R17, N2, N4, N6
Pig's Hat & Scarf: B000, B00, B02, C0, C2
Cow ~ N0, N2, N4, N6, C00, C1, C3, E000, E00, R11, R00, R20
Cow's Hats ~ YG11, G24, G46, C0, C2
Blanket: YG11, G24, G46, C0, C2, R20, R14, R27
Holly: YG11, G24, G46
Berries: R20, R14, R27

You may be having a bit of deja vu with this background... I made two backgrounds when I created my card for the start of {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 68. I wanted to change things up and I used the Stylized Rectangle Dies from Sponsor Jaded Blossom to die cut the background panel. I love the fun rounded corners.

Here's a look at the current {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 68 for the month of April. It's been such a fun sketch to play with!

I also die cut a circle from white card stock using the Stitched Circle Stacklets from Sponsor Taylored Expressions {I'm guessing it's retired. I can't find it on the website}. I stamped the sentiment, trimmed it and popped it up on the card with foam tape. I also popped up the focal circle.

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party ~ Holiday Grumplings ~ Taylored Expressions

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 4 of the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party!! I'm excited to share another fun holiday card that I'm adding to my Christmas stash! This time I played with THE cutest little kitty from our fabulous Sponsor Taylored Expressions!

I used the adorable {and retired, sadly} Holiday Grumplings. I adore this kitty!! I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored him up with Copic markers.

Copic markers used:
Kitty: YR20, YR21, YR15, YR27, R00, R20, C0, C2
Hat / Scarf: BG70, BG01, BG72, C0, C2, Y11, YR20, YR21

I paired up the kitty with the beautiful Whispers of Winter 6x6 Paper Pad from Ink N' Splatter available at our wonderful Sponsor Digi Doodle Studios. I die cut the focal panel using the Make a Tag {die set} from Sponsor Unity Stamp Co.

Inspiration for my card came from one of our past sketches... BYSHC Sketch 7. This one is a favorite that I come back to often! I used the measurements from the sketch for my card.

The sentiment is from same Holiday Grumplings stamp set. I heat embossed it with Anti-Static Powder Tool and Sugar Cube White Pigment ink from Sponsor Taylored Expressions along with Alabaster White Embossing Powder from Unity. I trimmed it and adhered it to the focal tag and then popped it up on the card. Easy peasy.

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party ~ Dotty Ornaments Stencils ~ A Colorful Life Designs

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 3 of the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party!! I'm excited to share another holiday card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with a couple stencils from our fabulous Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs. It's a rainbow slimline card!

I used the Dotty Ornaments Set 1 and Dotty Ornaments Set 2 for my card today. I just love the fun ornament designs!!

Working from the left to right... I used the Dotty Ornaments Set 1 for the first three ornaments along with Distress Inks. I masked each of the ornaments  using iCraft Pixie Tape so I didn't blend into the other ornament shapes. I blended Kitsch Flamingo in the center of the circle swirl ornament and blended Candied Apple around the outer edge and bow. I blended Mustard Seed in the center of the star and Spiced Marmalade around the outer edge and bow. I blended Mustard Seed on the left side of the middle ornament and then blended Mowed Lawn. I used the Dotty Ornaments Set 2 for the remaining ornaments. I used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean on the first one. I masked the stencil with iCraft Pixie Tape so I could alternate the colors. And finally I blended Seedless Preserves on the right side of the tree ornament and Wilted Violet on the left side and bow. For the dotted string I blended Lost Shadow.

I didn't have a slimline die that would cut the panel without cutting away too much of the ornaments, so I just trimmed it down to 3-1/4 x 8-1/8" and adhered it to a black mat measuring 8-1/2 x 3-1/2" and then adhered that to a white slimline card base measuring 8-1/2 x 7"; scored at 3-1/2". The cute sentiment is from the retired Fluffy Friends - Holiday stamp set from Sponsor Taylored Expressions.

If you haven't already, stop by the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I have so many wonderful ideas for future cards! So inspiring! I hope you have an INKredible day!

{BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party ~ Christmas Kitties ~ Angie Blom Digital Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm so excited to share my first card for the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party hosted by the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! This is our sixth annual Spring into Christmas Linky Party! Woohoo!! This event is a great excuse to get ahead on those holiday cards to relieve some of the stress later on in the year during the holidays. I am super excited to add a few more holiday cards to my Christmas card stash and I sure hope that you'll join in the fun!

For my first card I've made a sweet holiday card using the adorable Christmas Kitties from our Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs. I used one of Angie's printable images where she's done the work in combining the images for four different cards on one sheet. Only I cropped just the one image I planned to use and combined it with other digital stamps in a Word Document and printed them off on white card stock. I colored up the cute kitty image with Copic markers.

Copic markers I used:
Kitty: YR20, YR21, YR15
Hat: C0, C2, R20, R14, R27
Scarf: R20, R14, R27
Tree: YG11, G24, G46, E53, E55, E57
Ornaments: R00, R14, R27
Star: Y11, Y15, Y38
Green Present: YG11, G24, Y11, Y15, Y38
Polka Dot Present: C0, C2, R00, R14, R27
Snow: C0, C2

I like to revisit some of our past sketches when I'm looking for inspiration. I went WAY back and chose BYSHC Sketch 2 for my card today. I flipped the sketch to fit my card design.

The beautiful plaid papers are from the retired Plaids for Christmas paper pad from Sponsor Not 2 Shabby. And I die cut the kitty using the retired Frayed Edge Stacklets dies from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. I adhered the sentiment to the focal image and popped them both up with foam tape.

I'm also a Sponsor for the {BYSHC} Spring into Christmas 2026 Linky Party!! I have a wonderful prize set aside for one lucky winner. For a chance to win my fun prize make a Christmas card and link it up to the linky party blog post on the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers blog. All of the winners of all the amazing prizes will be announced on the {BYSHC} blog on Wednesday, April 22nd.

These cuties are from the Christmas Joy Mugs Digi Stamp. I combined and resized them on a Word Document and then I printed them off on white card stock.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:

I die cut the two bottom mugs using the Tag Stacklets 5 dies from our wonderful Sponsor Taylored Expressions. I also die cut Kraft card stock and adhered those to the back of these two tags. I fussy cut the tree cup and then adhered it to a scrap of Kraft card stock and then fussy cut it again.

All of my layers are adhered using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. I added iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) to the back of the sentiment on the Santa mug tag and popped it up. And then I finished it off with with a little confetti called Glossy White Card Bling from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs.

{BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Christmas Penguins ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I can't believe it's day 7 of the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party!! We're nearing the end of our last linky party of the year. I sure hope you've been able to play along and build your stash of holiday cards. Today I'm sharing a sweet card featuring an adorable digi stamp set from our wonderful Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps.

At the start of the Linky Party I had combined a bunch of digi stamps in a Word Document and these cutie penguins from the Christmas Penguins digital stamps were included on my sheet.  Aren't they the sweetest?! I colored them up with copic markers and fussy cut them out leaving a border around them.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Penguins: N0, N2, N4, YR20, YR15
Bow: R20, R14, R29
Stars: Y11, Y15
Scarf: R20, R14, R29, C0, C1, YG11, G24, G46
Ornaments: Y15, Y28, R20, R14, R29, C0
Hat: C0, C1, R20, R14, R29
Tree: YG11, G24, G46

I created a wintry scene using a fun background I die cut with the Swirls Pierce & Cut Plate from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. The snowy hills were die cut using a die from the Stitched Hillside Borders from Sponsor Lawn Fawn.

I adhered the background and hills to a white A2 card base using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. The cute critters and tree were also adhered with the same glue. I trimmed the sentiment but it didn't look quite right. I ended up just fussy cutting it and adhering it to the card.

This little cutie didn't really fit on the front of the card so I put him inside the card. Just too cute!

Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 34 ~ Poinsettia Die ~ Jaded Blossom

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 5 of the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party!! I'm adding another sweet card to my Christmas stash! This time I played with the wonderful Poinsettia Die from Sponsor Jaded Blossom. I'm also sharing inspiration for the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 34 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group.

I die cut my poinsettia pieces from the Sparkling Christmas Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad from our Sponsor Not 2 Shabby! Love these pretty papers! I adhered all of my pieces together using the iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 34. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it.

My strips of dry embossed kraft card stock can be seen a bit better in this photo. I ran scraps of kraft card stock through my Big Shot with the retired Know the Ropes Embossing Folder from Sponsor Taylored Expressions. Trimmed them up and adhered them for a CAS design. I love the texture it adds to the card.

The wonderful sentiment from the Winter Cardinal stamp set from Sponsor Pink & Main is heat embossed, trimmed and adhered directly to the card. I finished off the card with one White Glossy Card Bling from Sponsor A Colorful Life Designs in the center of the poinsettia. I just love how this card turned out!

If you haven't already, stop by the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! So much amazing inspiration! You can't help but be inspired to make a card or two! Have an ink-tastic week!

Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Christmas Cookie Gnomies ~ Crafty Stamp Co.

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 4 of the Christmas in July 2025 {BYSHC} Linky Party!! I'm adding not one, but two sweet cards to my Christmas stash! This time I played with the super cute Christmas Cookies Gnomies from our BRAND NEW Sponsor Crafty Stamp Co.

I paired up the gnomies with the Gingerbread Christmas 6x6 Paper Pad also from our new Sponsor Crafty Stamp Co.! Love these yummy papers!

Inspiration for my card came from one of our past sketches... BYSHC Sketch 29. I love using the past sketches and this one is a big favorite and great for a TWOfer!

The blue glittery background paper measures 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" and it's adhered to a white A2 top fold card base. The red pattern paper layer measures 3-3/4 x 5". And then the colorful cookies and dots papers measure 3-1/2 x 4-3/4". If you'd like to see how I cut my triangles you can check out this VIDEO to see how I do it for this sketch.

I adhered all of my background layers using the iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. The sentiments are heat embossed with my favorite combo of products. I prepped the card stock with the TE Anti-Static Powder Tool and then stamped the sentiment with Sugar Cube Pigment White ink, both from Taylored Expressions. I then dusted the wet ink with Alabaster White Embossing Powder from Brutus Monroe and melted it with a Wagner Precision Heat Tool.

Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Mustache / Beard: C0, C2
Clothes: B000, B00, BG000, BG11
Shoes: N2, N4, N6
Gingerbread Cookie: E21, E23, E25, C0, C2, R20, R14, R27
Icing Bag: R20, R14, R27

I die cut two circles from vellum card stock using a die from the X Stitched Circle dies from Sponsor Gina Marie Designs. Looks like it's not available right now on the website... bummer.

I popped up the gnomies on the vellum circles using iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) from Sponsor Therm O Web and then I adhered the circles to the card by just applying glue to the back of the gnomes.

Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Mustache / Beard: C0, C2
Clothes: R20, R14, R27, YG11, G24, G46
Shoes: N2, N4, N6
Stocking / Mitten Cookies: E21, E23, E25, C0, C2, B000, B00, BG000, BG11
