Holiday Sparkle ~ Frost Kissed Gratitude ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Today I'm sharing a sweet holiday thank you card I made with the adorable new Frost Kissed Gratitude stamp from Unity. Such an adorable snowman!! He's part of the Cyber Monday release over at Unity!!

I started with a fun background for the snowman. I ink smooshed Uncharted Mariner and Antique Linen Distress Inks on white card stock. I dried the background completely before I ran it through my Big Shot with the Silent Snowfall Embossing Folder {no longer available}. I lightly swiped the raised snowflakes with a white pigment ink pad to make them pop just a bit more. I trimmed the background to 4 x 5-1/4" and set it aside.

I watercolored the cute Frost Kissed Gratitude snowman with Lost Shadow, Uncharted Mariner, Rustic Wilderness, and Antique Linen Distress Inks. I dried him up with my heat tool and then die cut him with a die from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}. I popped up the circle on the corner of the ink smooshed and dry embossed background and then I trimmed off the edges. I adhered the panel to a white A2 top fold card base.

I stamped, trimmed and popped up the sentiment on the card too. I just love this card! It was fun to watercolor. I don't do it nearly enough.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I die cut the pinecone and the pattern paper using a die from the Scallops & Squares {nesting dies}

I paired up the lovely pinecone with the Where Winter Lingers {paper pack}. I finished up the card with a sweet sentiment from the Simple Little Wishes stamps. So perfect together!

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 64 ~ Joe Frost Snowman ~ Digi Doodle Studios

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for a new sketch challenge over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a cute Christmas card featuring a sweet digital stamp set from our awesome Sponsor Digi Doodle Studios! This month's prize is a $25 gift card to Digi Doodle Studios! Yay! AND you can use code HOLIDAY25 for 25% OFF sitewide for the entire month of December!! I love to use digi stamps during the month of December because I can just place an order, download, manipulate in a document, and then print. No waiting for the stamp order to arrive in the mail. Instant gratification at it's best! Woohoo!

I inserted the cute Joe Frost Snowman in a Word Document and printed him off onto white card stock. I colored him up with Copic markers and fussy cut him leaving a white border around the edges. And then I set him aside to put together my background.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Snowman: B000, B00, R000, R20, YR20, YR15
Dark Gray: N0, N2, N4
Blues: B000, B00, B02, B04, B24
Holly & Berries: YG11, G24, G46, R20, R14, R29
Arms: E11, E25
Hearts: R20, R14, R29
Candy Cane: C0, C2, R20, R14, R29

I paired up this cute snowman with the awesome Winter Blues 6x6 Paper Pad, also from Digi Doodle Studios. It was so hard to narrow down which pattern papers to use for my card! They are all so fun and cute!

I adhered my pattern paper to a white mat and then adhered that panel to a 5-1/2 x 4-1/4" piece of the blue pattern paper. I then adhered the panel to a white A2 top fold card base that I turned on the side for a landscape card. I found a cute sentiment from the Christmas Tree Lot digi stamp set from Angie Blom Digital Designs. I printed it off, trimmed it, and popped it up on the card with foam tape.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 64 for the month of December. If you're interested in seeing a bunch more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog!

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 63 ~ Blessed Angel ~ Angie Blom Digital Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with one last card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 63 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! I absolutely love the gorgeous Blessed Angel from our fabulous Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs. I just had to use her for my card today.

I combined and resized the Blessed Angel along with a lovely sentiment from the Christmas Shop digi set in a Word Document and then I printed them off on white card stock. Next, I colored the angel with Copic markers. I then fussy cut her leaving a white border and popped her up on the black panel using foam tape.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11, R00, R20
Hair: E95, E97, E19
Dress: C0, C1, C3, Colorless Blender
Flowers: B000, B02, B34, B37
Leaves: YG11, G24

And I paired up this beauty with the Star of Bethlehem paper from Hobby Lobby. I just love the rich blues in these papers and I thought they would be a nice background for this pretty angel. I trimmed two pieces of white card stock measuring 5-1/2 x 1/8" for the strips across the card. The black panel behind the angel measures 2-1/4 x 4-1/4".

I trimmed the sentiment, and then I popped it up on the card with foam tape. This card turned out pretty nice if I do say so myself.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 63 for the month of November. There's just a couple more days left to enter the challenge! If you're interested in seeing a bit more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog! Over it. All of It. ~ All the Fluff Pissy Kitty with Mousy Mischief Makers ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend and Happy Thanksgiving!
Today I'm sharing another fun fold card I made! This time I've inked up two new releases from the Black Friday sale over at Unity. I used the adorable All the Fluff Pissy Kitty, along with the super cute sidekick stamp called Mousy Mischief Makers.

I'm pretty terrified of mice, but these mice are just TOO cute not to play with! I inked them all up with Black Amalgam ink and colored them with Copic markers.

Copic markers used:
Kitty: C0, C2, C3, R00, R20
Kitty's Eyes: YG11, YG09
Scale: BG10, BG15, C0, C2
Mouse on Head: N0, N2, N4, R00, R20, BG10, BG15
Circle Mouse: C0, C2, C3, R00, R20
Mouse on Back of Card: N0, N2, R00, R20
Cheese: YR20, YR02, Y11, Y15
Ground: C0, C2

I die cut the kitty using a stitched rectangle die from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. I die cut the mouse and his black mat using dies from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}.

This fun fold technique is called the Back Fold. I think it's also called Hinge Fold, not 100% sure about that one. It's a lot of fun to make AND super easy!

I made another card last year using this same fun fold technique. You can check it out here if you're interested... Back Fold Cat Card.

Haha... I just had to add another sentiment inside the card for a fun surprise! And I had a hard time picking papers for this card so I threw in another piece of pattern paper inside the card too. I used the Atomic Kitty Cat {paper pack}.

I was on a roll so I decided to ink up the back of my card too! How fun is this stamp?! I had a blast making this card. Hope you like it!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Membership Wednesday ~ November 2025 KOM Tinsel, Toasts & Truth Stories ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!
Happy Membership Wednesday! Today I'm sharing a sweet & cozy card I made using a super cute stamp from the November 2025 Kit of the Month membership from Unity.

I'm really surprised that I haven't inked up this stamp already. I mean it has a book and cute pets! That's my jam! I stamped this cute scene on Stampers Select White Card Stock from Papertrey Ink. I fussy cut it and then I adhered it to a die cut circle of vellum. I die cut the circle using a die from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}.

Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Hair: E51, E57, E59
Sweater: RV000, RV10, RV02
Book: C0, C2, E21, E23, E25
Cat: C0, C2, RV000, RV10
Dog: E51, E33
Pillow / Bedding: B000, B00, B91, B93, B95

I had these fun papers already cut in my paper pack so I thought why not use them?! The papers are from the Cozy Textiles {paper pack}. I used the colors in the papers as my palette for coloring. I adhered the pattern papers to a Kraft A2 top fold card base. I popped up the circle by just adding foam tape behind the image. I also popped up the sentiment with foam tape.

Here's a quick look at this month's Kit of the Month membership!

This sweet stamp is also available separately in the Stories & Snuggles stamps.

That's it for me today! I hope you've been INKspired to play with your membership stamps!
Have a wonderful day!

Merry Christmas ~ Holiday Anya 10 ~ The Greeting Farm

 Hello there crafty friends!
It's hard to believe that the holidays are quickly approaching and the DT are sharing our last blog posts of the year. This is also my last post as a member of The Greeting Farm Design Team. I've truly enjoyed my time on the team and I want to say a huge thank you to Marie and Rosemary for the opportunity to share my love of TGF! And a great big THANK YOU to all of you for your sweet support and love on my posts. I wish you all the very best this holiday season!

I just had to ink up another beauty that hadn't seen ink yet... Holiday Anya 10. Isn't she just the cutest?! She's not currently available, but you can put in a request for her via email and hopefully she'll be available for the next Farmers Market. I inked her up with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored her up with Copic markers.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11, E04, R00, R20
Hair: Y21, E43, E44
Fur Trim / Pom Pom: C0, C2
Outfit: R20, R14, R29
Bow: YG11, G24, G46
Boots / Sled: E11, E25, E57
Gifts: R20, R14, R29, YG11, G24, G46, E30, E31, E33

I die cut a fun tag shaped card base from Kraft card stock using the Make a Tag {die set} from Unity. I also die cut another tag for the front of the card so the pretty scallops on the top would be intact. I die cut a piece of pattern paper for the front and another piece of white card stock for the inside of the card. I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set and it was a little too big for the card so I trimmed off the top portion that says 'Have a Very'.

I finished off the card with a few red glitter enamel dots and some pretty red baker's twine.

Thank you all so much for the love this year!
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a blessed Christmas!

Crystal

Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch 38 ~ Say Cheese Classic Mouse Christmas ~ Simple Stories

 Hello there crafty friend!
I hope you're having a great day! Today I'm sharing my first card for the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 38 in the Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Facebook group. I can't believe that we are on the final sketch challenge for 2025!! This year has flown by!!

I decided to make a quick card today. I just got some fun new goodies from Simple Stories called Say Cheese Classic Mouse Christmas Collection. I couldn't wait to play!!

I used the Say Cheese Classic Mouse Christmas 6x8 paper pad for my background layers. I adhered them to a card base of Aqua Mist card stock from Papertrey Ink. It's not a perfect match but in person it looks great. The cute postage stamp pieces are from the Big Bits package. I popped up Minnie with foam tape. The sentiment and the little circle I tucked under Mickey came from the 12x12 Card Stock Stickers. And then the cute decorative brads are from the Self Adhesive Decorative Brads.

Here's a look at the fun sketch for Tawny Owl Paperie Inky Inspiration Sketch Challenge 38. The sketch, as always, is meant to inspire not require. So let the sketch lead in your design, but don't feel limited by it. I used the measurements for my layers on my card.

Lots of possibilities with this fun sketch! And it'll work great for scraps too. I hope you can find time to play along. I can't wait to see what you create. Have an INKredible week!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
