Falling for the Holidays 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Bunny & Guinea: Reindeer Ride ~ Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back for Day 2 of the Falling for the Holidays 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party with another cute holiday card! It was so much fun checking out the inspiration shared yesterday for the start of the Linky Party. So many wonderful cards! Today I'm sharing a card using a sweet digital stamp called Bunny & Guinea: Reindeer Ride from our lovely return Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps AKA RAM Stamps.

When I create with digital stamps or digis, I always fill up a whole sheet with images and sentiments. So I printed this sweet digi off along with the cute bear from yesterday. I combined and resized all the images into a Word Document and printed them off. The sentiment actually came with the bunny and guinea pig but I cropped it and separated them. Because of this there was a tiny bit of the rein just over the sentiment and I covered that bit up with one of the red enamel dots {over the 'r' in Christmas}. I colored up the adorable bunny and guinea pig with my Copic markers and fussy cut them leaving a white border around the edges.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Bunny: C00, C1, C2, R00, R20
Reindeer Antlers / Reins: E21, E23, E25
Antler Band: YG11, G24, G46, G00, G12
Guinea Pig: E21, E23, E25, R00, R20
Hat: C00, C2, R20, R14, R46

To create my background I used the awesome Fractured Card Layout Die Set from our wonderful Sponsor Newton's Nook Designs. I trimmed five pieces of pattern paper from the lovely Watercolor Winter {Paper Pack} from Unity Stamp Co. I secured them two at a time from the front of the die using washi tape and ran them through my Big Shot. I die cut a white card front measuring 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" using the die to get the white fractured piece. This also die cuts the center square and triangles which I'll save for a future project.

I adhered all my layers together using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O WebAnd then adhered the fractured card front to a white A2 top fold card base. I added foam tape from our awesome Sponsor Therm O Web called iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white) to the back of the critters and sentiment and popped them up on the card. I then added the four red enamel dots from the Red & Green Foil Mirror Enamel Dots from our lovely Sponsor Gina Marie Designs to finish off the card.

Woohoo!! I'm so excited to have another card done for my stash! If you haven't already, stop by the Falling for the Holidays 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! Have a fantastic day!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
See ya next time.

Christmas in July 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Snowglobe Christmas ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 3 of the Christmas in July 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party!! I'm excited to share another sweet card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with the adorable Snowglobe Christmas Digital Stamp from our fabulous Sponsor RAM Stamps. Such a sweet and adorable digital stamp!

I really enjoyed coloring the adorable Snowglobe Christmas Digital Stamp up with my Copic markers. I used neutrals and blues to coordinate with my blue and silver background. If you visited yesterday and saw my Day 2 card, this is one of the other digital images I printed off. I like to have three or four digital images on a sheet before I print it off. This way I'm less likely to waste card stock. Once I was happy with my coloring, I die cut the panel using a die from the Deckle & Stitches Nesting Die Set from our lovely Sponsor Unity Stamp Co.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Skin: E000, E00, E11
Hair: E70, E71, E74, E77
Hair Clip / Ribbon: R20, R14
Scarf / Tights: B000, B00, B02, B04, B28
Coat: C00, C1, C3, N0, N1, N2, N3, N4, N6
Gloves: R20, R14, B000, B02
Shoes: N0, N2, N4, N6
Snowglobe: C00, C1, C3, B0000, B000, G24, E51, E55, E57
Snow: N0, N1, N3
Snowflakes: B0000, B000
Outline: B0000, B000, B00

I used a retired Deco Foil Toner Card Front called Snow Many Flakes by Unity and Therm O Web for my snowflake layer. I trimmed a piece of Silver Shattered Glass Deco Foil Transfer Sheet and laid it on top of the card front foil facing up. I ran it through my laminator after it was heated up a few minutes after the green light came on. I've found my laminator does better if it has those extra couple of minutes. Such a quick and easy background it created! And beautiful! Love these foils! For my blue layer I wanted to try something a little different. I wanted some texture on my foil so I die cut a piece of white card stock using the slightly larger die from the one I used for the main panel. And then I applied some Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo with a palette knife along the edges of the die cut card stock. I didn't apply it evenly. I left bumps and layers in the transfer medium to give texture to the foils. I let the transfer medium dry and placed a piece of Deep Blue Deco Foil Transfer Sheet over the tacky panel and ran it through my laminator since it was on. I could have ran it through my Big Shot to apply the foil since the Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo works both ways.

All of my layers and the die cut snowflakes are adhered using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from Sponsor Therm O Web. I used the Sizzix Sidekick Side-Order Winter Set from Tim Holtz for the snowflakes. They were in my stash of precut die pieces... so handy! I added foam tape called iCraft 3D Foam Tape Jumbo Roll (white), also from Therm O Web, to the back of the main panel and popped it up on the card. I stamped the Happy Holiday sentiment from the Wishing You Mini stamp set from our wonderful Sponsor Gina K. Designs. I inked it up using Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink on white card stock. Trimmed up the sentiment, added a small piece of foam tape to the left end and then glued the rest of the sentiment to the card. For one final touch on the card, I added some glittery goodness to the snowglobe using a Nuvo Glitter Gloss Aqua Shimmer pen. I wish it showed up in the photos... it's really pretty in person!

If you haven't already, stop by the Christmas in July 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!! I have so many wonderful ideas for future cards! So inspiring! I hope you have an ink-redible day!

Spring into Christmas 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Christmas Blessings Angels ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with my last card for the Spring into Christmas 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party! It's also my last card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44. My card for today features a mix of products from a couple of our wonderful Linky Party Sponsors.

I just LOVE the adorable angels from the Christmas Blessings Angels from our lovely Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps also known as RAM Stamps. These cuties are also in a bundle called Happy Holidays Christmas Digital Stamp Set along with three more adorable digi stamps. Anyone else love the instant gratification of purchasing digi stamps?! I definitely do! I love buying a digi stamp, combining it with others in a Word Document and then printing it off. Then I can head on up to my studio and play! So easy!

I paired up the beautiful Christmas Blessings Angels with papers that I got last year from Hobby Lobby called Star of Bethlehem. These are large papers - I believe they measure 8-1/2 x 11". I die cut them using a die from the Frayed Edge Stacklets from our wonderful Sponsor Taylored Expressions

Here's a look at this month's Sketch 44. There's still some time to play along with the sketch!! Entries must be submitted prior to April 30th at 11:59pm PST. And if you play along with the Spring into Christmas {BYSHC} Linky Party and use this sketch be sure to get your card entered today before 11:59pm PST!

I adhered the pretty paper to a white A2 top fold card turned on it's side using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from our wonderful Sponsor Therm O Web. I fussy cut the angels leaving a white border around them. I added a bunch of 3D Foam Squares from our wonderful Sponsor Therm O Web and popped the angels up on the card. I finished off the card by adding a few Translucent Enamel Dots from our awesome Sponsor Gina Marie Designs.

I have had SO much fun playing along with the Spring into Christmas 2024 {BYSHC} Linky Party! I hope that you've been inspired to make a few Christmas cards to relieve some of the holiday stress. I know that I am feeling great about all the cards I made. Thank you ALL so much for stopping by my blog and commenting on my cards. I've truly enjoyed each of the comments. {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44 ~ Holiday Birds ~ RAM Stamps

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with another sweet holiday card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44 over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a card featuring the Holiday Birds Digital Stamp from this month's fabulous sponsor, RAM Stamps

Aren't these birdies just TOO cute! I adore them so! I resized them in a Word Document and printed them off. Paired these cuties up with the Miss Mary Christmas Paper Pad from Hobby Lobby. I had no idea that Hobby Lobby was making their own pattern papers. Is that a recent thing or have I just been hidden under a rock?!

I trimmed the printed panel down and then die cut the birdies using a die from the Wonky Stitched Mini Slimline die from Gina Marie Designs. I've been in a groove making simple cards and this month's sketch is as simple as can be! Since I wanted this card simple too, I chose papers that have a sentiment. No need to add another sentiment!

This is a mini slimline card measuring 6 x 3". So I cut a 6 x 6" piece of Stampers Select White card stock from Papertrey Ink and scored it at 3". To add a bit of dimension to the card, I added foam tape to the back of the birdie panel and popped it up on the card.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44 for the month of April. Loving this simple sketch! I can't wait to see what everyone does with it. I hope you'll join us and play along with the sketch! If you're interested in seeing a bit more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog! Lots of sweet inspiration this month from the design team.

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44 ~ Christmas Sentiments ~ Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for a new sketch challenge over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card featuring the cutest little snowman from the Christmas Sentiments digital stamps from our awesome sponsor, Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps! Rachelle from RAM Stamps has generously offered up a $20 gift card as a prize for the {BYSHC} Sketch 44 this month! So amazing!! Thanks so much, Rachelle!

Our sketch this month is very simple!! It's great for a quick card. I combined a few digital stamp sets in a Word Document and resized the images. I then print off my digital stamps. I like to fill a page or at least fill the page halfway before I print it off. That way I can use the other half of the page to print off other digital stamps later on. If it's any smaller than half of a page, my printer refuses to use it! LOL

This adorable digi stamp is also sold separately as the Christmas Merry Digital Stamp. I couldn't pass up on the deal with all the sentiments so I got the set of four sentiments, but thought I'd share in case someone just wanted this one. I paired up this sweet digi stamp with the beautiful Miss Mary Christmas papers that I got from Hobby Lobby. I love the colors in these papers!! I tried to color up my images with similar colors from the papers. I die cut the pattern paper using the largest Wonky Stitched Rectangle die from Gina Marie Designs.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:

Snowman / Snowball: C00, C1, C3
Snowman Nose: Y15, YR15
Hat: C00, C1, C3, R00, R20, RV13
Squirrels: E21, E23, E25
Merry Sentiment: G0000, G000, G12, G24

I adhered the striped pattern paper to a white A2 top fold card base that I turned on the side for a landscape card. I fussy cut the Christmas Merry Digital Stamp leaving a white border around the image. I then adhered it to a scrap of Pinefeather card stock from Papertrey Ink. And then I fussy cut it again leaving a border. I adhered the panel directly to the card. I love how this turned out!

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 44 for the month of April. Loving the simplicity of this sketch! I can't wait to see what everyone does with it. I hope you'll join us and play along with the sketch. If you're interested in seeing a bit more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog! Lots of creative and sweet inspiration this month from the design team.

Falling for the Holidays 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Holiday Birds ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with a cute holiday card for the last day of the Falling for the Holidays 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party! My card for today features a mix of products from a few of our wonderful Linky Party Sponsors, but it features the adorable Holiday Birds from Sponsor RAM Stamps. These birdies are just too cute!

I resized this adorable digital stamp in a Word Document so that it would fit nice for a slimline card. It measures approximately 6 x 1.75". I also added the sentiment from the Christmas Joy Girl digital stamp from Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs. I am loving the font used for the sentiments in this set. I printed these off the other when I print off the wreath for the card I shared yesterday.

I paired up these cute birdies with the Christmas Time 6x6 Paper Pad from Sponsor Newton's Nook Designs. My favorite trick for using 6x6 papers on a slimline card is to split a 6 x 3-1/2" piece of the pattern paper in half to 3 x 3-1/2". In this case, it's the holly and berry pattern paper. I used a scrap of the striped paper for the center of the panel. And then I adhered the holly and berry paper over top on the right and left side of a white slimline card base measuring 8-1/2 x 7"; scored at 3-1/2" using the Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue from our Sponsor Bearly Art.

I die cut the adorable birdies using the second largest die from the Wonky Stitched Slimline die from Sponsor Gina Marie Designs. I popped it up on the card using a bunch of foam strips from the Bearly Art Cubies: The Polar Collection from Sponsor Bearly Art. Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used to color up these adorable birds.

Birds: B0000, B000, B02, Y06, Y15, Y38
Holly & Berries / Hat / Scarf: YG11, G24, G46, R20, R14, R46
Lights: R20, R14, Y06, Y15, YG11, G24, B000, B02, V000, V12, V17, E21, E23, E25, N3
Outline: BG000

I have had SO much fun playing along with the Falling for the Holidays 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party! I hope that you've been inspired to make a few Christmas cards to relieve some of the holiday stress. I know that I am feeling great about the 8 cards that I made. Thank you ALL so much for stopping by my blog and commenting on my cards. I've truly enjoyed each of the comments. And I hope that you'll stop by the Linky Party and check out the cards that have been linked up. So many amazing and wonderful cards!! And if you have a bit of time today you could still enter into the Linky Party... it ends at 11:59pm PST tonight.

See ya next time.

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 36 ~ Christmas Peace ~ RAM Stamps

  Hello there crafty friend!
I'm sharing another Christmas card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 36 for the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group. This time I played with a fun digi stamp from RAM Stamps called Christmas Peace Digital Stamp. Also available in the Christmas Sentiments Digital Stamp Set along with three other adorable digital stamps.

I paired up the sweet Christmas Peace Digital Stamp with the Pumpkin Marshmallow Slimline Paper Pad from Not 2 Shabby. I just love pink for Christmas! I remembered there were some really pretty pink papers in this paper pad which also gave me the idea to go with a mini slimline design using this month's sketch.

The digi stamp was inserted into a Microsoft Word Document where I adjusted the size of the image to make it small enough to work for this sketch. I printed it off and colored it up with my Copic markers. Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used to color up the digi stamp:

Skin ~ E000, E00, E11
Hair ~ Y11, Y21, Y26
Wings / Dress ~ R000, R11, R21
Star ~ Y11, Y15
PEACE ~ R00, R11, R21
Outline ~ C00, C1

I die cut my pattern papers and adhered them all on the mini slimline card front of pink pattern paper. I die cut the pink glitter pattern paper with the scalloped frame die in the Framework Die Set from Newton's Nook Designs. Adhered it over the colored panel and then trimmed away the excess paper from the edges. I then trimmed off the left side because it just didn't look right with the scallops on that side.

Here's another look at the {BYSHC} Sketch 36 for this month's challenge. It sure was fun to alter the sketch to work with a mini slimline card design. I sure hope you'll join us and play along with the sketch challenge... there's still lots of time to play!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
See ya next time.

Christmas in July 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Christmas Merry ~ RAM Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with my second card for the Christmas in July 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party! It was so much fun checking out the inspiration shared yesterday for the start of the Linky Party. So many wonderful cards! Today I'm sharing a card using a sweet digi stamp from return Sponsor RAM Stamps, also known as Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps.

I used the super adorable Christmas Merry Digital Stamp, but I actually got the Christmas Sentiments Digital Stamp Set that includes all four of the recently released sentiment stamps at a bit of a discount!! They are ALL so cute! I had to have them ALL!

I inserted the digital stamp into a Word Document and resized it for a mini slimline card design. I then printed it off. Actually, I combined it with a couple of other digis that I'm making into cards this week for the Linky Party. I like to fill up a full sheet before printing. Anywho, here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used to color up this cute digi stamp:

Snowman ~ C00, C1, C3, Y11, Y15, YR16
Snowman's Hat ~ YG11, G24, G46, C00, C1, C3
Squirrels ~ E41, E44
Merry ~ R20, R17, R27

I die cut the colored panel using the second largest die from the Wonky Stitched Mini Slimline dies from Sponsor Gina Marie Designs. I paired up this sweet panel with the White Winter {paper pack} from Sponsor Unity Stamp Co. I trimmed the green knit pattern paper to 6 x 3" and I adhered all my layers together using iCraft UltraBond Adhesive from our wonderful Sponsor Therm O Web. To finish off the card, I adhered the mini slimline card front to a 6 x 6" card base scored at 3".

Before you leave, be sure to stop by RAM Stamps and check out the Christmas in July Sale going on right now - 25% OFF Christmas and Winter stamps with code XMAS25. Spring into Christmas 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party ~ Christmas Mice ~ Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps

 Hello there crafty friend!
It's day 3 of the Spring into Christmas 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party!! I'm excited to bring you another sweet card that I've made to add to my Christmas stash! This time I played with the super cute Christmas Mice Digital Stamp from our Brand New Sponsor Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps!! I just adore Rachelle Anne Miller's cute digital stamps!! And she has wonderful bundles on her website too... including a few Christmas bundles! Eeep! You've got to check it out.

Aren't the Christmas Mice just so adorable?! They were so fun to color too. I actually paired them up with a sentiment from our return Sponsor Angie Blom Digital Designs. The sentiment that came with the sweet mice wasn't quite what I wanted for my mini slimline card so I cropped the image in a Word document and inserted a cute sentiment from the Let's Be Merry Digital Stamp set.

I die cut the sentiment using the largest die from the Wonky Mini Slimline dies from Sponsor Gina Marie Designs being sure that the sentiment was close to the left side of the die and there was enough room for the cute mice that I cut out with the second largest circle die from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies} from Sponsor Unity Stamp Co. Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used to color up this cute digi stamp:

Mice ~ N0, N2, N4, R00, R20
Jacket ~ BG11, BG32, BG72, R20, R14, R27
Skirt / Bow ~ R20, R14, R27
Tree ~ G000, YG11, G24, G46
Star Topper ~ Y11, Y06, Y15, Y35
Candle ~ Y11, Y06, Y15, Y35
Stand ~ BG000, BG72, C00, C1, C3
Ground ~ C00, C1, C3

I paired up this cute image with the beautiful Knit Picky Winter 6x6 petite paper pack from Return Sponsor Lawn Fawn! I love that I could use products from five of our wonderful Sponsors on one card! Makes my heart happy! To finish off the card I used three enamel dots from the Peacock Clear with Color enamel dots from Sponsor Gina Marie Designs. They aren't Christmassy but they were the perfect green enamel dots with the tree and the papers in the background.

Before you leave, be sure to stop by Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps... as I mentioned above she has the sweetest stamps and she has amazing bundles so you can purchase more than one set for a great price! Woohoo!! And if you haven't already, stop by the Spring into Christmas 2023 {BYSHC} Linky Party to check out all the wonderful Holiday inspiration being shared!!
