{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 69 ~ Snowfall ~ Newton's Nook Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm sharing one last card for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 69 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! A fun no stamping card!

I had lots of fun making this card! I used gorgeous snowflake dies from the Snowfall Die Set to create my background. I die cut several snowflakes from kraft and white card stock and then adhered them to my layers giving a faux embossed look to my background.

The fabulous sentiment die is from the Let it Snow Die Set. I die cut it twice from white card stock and then adhered them together for a bit more dimension. I die cut a scalloped and stitched circle using a die from the Circle Frames Die Set to mat my sentiment helping it to pop on the card.

And then I finished off the card with a single snowflake and I die cut the shadow using another die from the Snowfall Die Set. I really like how this one turned out!

Hello there crafty friend!
I'm back with a little inspiration for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 69 hosted in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card featuring one of my favorite stamp sets from our amazing Sponsor Newton's Nook Designs! This month's prize is a $20 gift card to Newton's Nook Designs! Woohoo!

I stamped the beautiful truck from the Holiday Haul Stamp Set. I just love this stamp!! I die cut it using the coordinating Holiday Haul Die Set. I popped it up on a vellum circle that I die cut using the Circle Frames Die Set.

Copic markers used:
Truck: E30, E31, E33, E35, N1, N3, N5, N7, R20, R14, R27, C1, C2
Wreath: YG11, G24, R20, R14
Tree: YG11, G24, G46
Presents: YG11, G24, R20, R14, R27, E30, E31

I paired up the beautiful truck with papers from the Christmas Time 6x6 Paper Pad. Love the festive prints in this pack! I stamped the sentiment, die cut it using a die from the Circle Frames Die Set. And then I popped that up with foam tape.

{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 69 ~ Santa Paws Newton ~ Newton's Nook Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for a new sketch challenge over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a cute Christmas card featuring a sweet stamp from our wonderful Sponsor Newton's Nook Designs! One lucky winner will win a $20 gift code to Newton's Nook Designs!! Yippee!

I inked up one of the adorable kitties from the Santa Paws Newton Stamp Set and die cut it using the coordinating Santa Paws Newton Die Set. I colored this cute stamp with Copic markers that are similar to the colors in the pretty papers I chose.

Copic Markers used:
Kitty: R00, R20, W0, W1, W3, W5
Santa Coat / Hat: C0, C2, R20, R14, R27
Belt: N1, N3, N6, Y15, Y28
Bag: G000, G21, G82, G85
Presents: E30, E31, E33, R20, R14, R27, G000, G21, G82

I paired the cute kitty up with the Christmas Party 6x6 Paper Pad. There are SOOO many beautiful papers in the paper pad it was really hard to chose which ones I wanted to use. I narrowed it down to four that worked well together.

I die cut my card front panel using the scalloped die from the Circle Frames Die Set. I stamped the sentiment and then die cut it using the stitched circle die from the same set. To finish off the card, I popped up the Santa kitty and the sentiment using foam tape.
