Hello there crafty friend! 

Have you seen the new release over at Unity?! So many amazing stamps and goodies!! I fell in love with the Sparkle & Shine Fairy stamps. She's absolutely gorgeous!!

I just had to ink her up and color her with my Copic markers.

 

Here's a list of the Copic markers I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E11, R00, R20

Hair: E21, E23, E25

Crown: V12, V15, Y11, Y15, YG11, G94

Wings: V000, V12, V15, BG10, BG01, BG13

Dress: BG000, BG10, BG01, BG13

Mushroom: C0, C2, W00, W1, R00, R20, R14, R27

Stems / Leaves / Grass: YG11, G94

Wildflowers: V12, V15, Y11, Y15

I die cut the beautiful fairy using a die from the Scallops & Banners {nesting dies} and then I got stuck. I set her aside and started looking through my stash of scraps. I found a fun background that I had made awhile ago but the colors weren't right so I redid it with colors that complimented the fairy.

I stamped the Rustic Flutter background using Evergreen Bough and Wilted Violet Distress Inks. And then I stamped over the background with the Worn Grid background using Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I just noticed that Worn Grid is no longer available at Unity. I really need to go through my stamps and mark the retired stamps. Anywho, a wonderful alternative is the Tattered Grid Background. 

I die cut the background using the largest die from the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. I adhered the panel to a white A2 top fold card base and then die cut the top of the banner using the same rectangle die. I then added a few raindrop embellies. Trimmed up the sentiment and popped it up with foam tape. I just love how this turned out!

Unity Advent Calendar 2024 Day 21 ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!

It's Day 21 of the 2024 Advent Calendar from Unity!! Just a few days left! I know it's a very busy time and just getting busier as we get closer and closer to Christmas. I hope you've had some down time maybe playing along with the Advent Calendar or just gazing at the pretty lights on your Christmas tree. I love the early morning hours just enjoying our Christmas tree.

Today's stamp is the most adorable elephant ever. I stamped her with Black Amalgam ink. I then die cut her with a circle die from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}. Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used: R00, R20, R85, N0, N2, N4, G00, G43.

Inspiration for my card came from the {BYSHC} Sketch 29! Such a fun sketch... I love it! 

Another Spring-inspired card! I used the measurements from the sketch for this one. Easy Peasy!

I paired up the cute elephant with the The Secret of Change {paper pack}. The sweet sentiment is from the Well, Hello {itty bitty} stamps.

Unity Advent Calendar 2024 Day 18 ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!

It's Day 18 of the 2024 Advent Calendar from Unity!! I have a sweet encouragement card for today's advent goodie.

Today's little door had beautiful raindrop embellies!! I love these! Can you see the bunch I put on my card?! I probably should have put a few around the butterfly. I think I still might.

Inspiration for my card came from the {BYSHC} Sketch 42! Fun layers for this one!

I think this photo shows more of the pretty raindrops. I stamped the beautiful butterfly with Black Amalgam ink and then colored it up very simply with the following Copic markers: YR21, YR02, G00, G43, C00, C1. And then I die cut the butterfly with a die from the Deckle & Stitches Nesting Dies.

I paired up the butterfly and pretty raindrop embellishments with the Bohemian Dream {paper pack}. The sentiment is a quick cut apart sentiment that I received in an order as a freebie.
