Membership Wednesday ~ September 2026 BOM Christmas Made Beautiful ~ Unity Stamp Co.

Hello there crafty friend!

Happy Membership Wednesday! Today I'm sharing a pretty card featuring the September 2026 Background of the Month membership from Unity Stamp Co. called Christmas Made Beautiful. Sometimes it's fun to think outside of the box. Just because a stamp is called a background stamp doesn't mean it's only for backgrounds.

I really love the smaller sprig and berries that are included in the set. I wanted to feature those for a very simple background and then just use a portion of the background stamp. I couldn't help but add a vintage flair to the card with some distressing using the residual ink on my brown blending brush.

All of the stamped images are stamped with Black Amalgam ink on white card stock. I colored them with some Copic markers and then I added the distressing around the edges and a bit in the middle too to soften the white background.

Copic markers used:

Poinsettia: RV000, RV10, RV02, YG00, Y11, Y15, Y38

Pinecone: E21, E25

Pine Needles / Sprigs: YG11, G24, G46

Berries: R20, R05, R27

Distressed Grids: E000, E11

The background is die cut using the largest scallop die from the BIG Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies}. The circle layers are die cut using dies from the Scallops & Circles {nesting dies}. I adhered the lovely sentiment to the circle and then popped them both up with foam tape. And then I finished off the card with a few confetti pieces from the Luminous Whisper Pink Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs.
