{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 57 ~ Cup of Cocoa ~ Newton's Nook Designs

Hello there crafty friend!
It's time for a new sketch challenge over in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Facebook group! Today I'm sharing a cute Christmas card featuring one of my most favorite stamp sets from our awesome Sponsor, Newton's Nook Designs! Newton's Nook Designs has generously offered up a $20 store voucher as a prize for the {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 57 this month! So wonderful!!

I inked up a few of the cups from the Cup of Cocoa Stamp Set. It was so hard to just pick a few! I colored them up with Copic markers and die cut them using the coordinating Cup of Cocoa Die Set.

Here's a quick list of the Copic markers I used:
Snowman Cup: B000, B00, C00, C2, YR23, YR04, R20, R14, R27
Snow Cup: C00, C2, R20, R14, R27, B000, B00
Back Cup: YG11, YG03, G14, Y11, Y15, R20, R14, R27, C00, C2, E21, E23, E25

I paired up these cute cups with the Christmas Time 6x6 Paper Pad. I used a few scraps in my papers. These all measure 1-1/8 x 1-1/8". The green card stock layer is New Leaf card stock from Papertrey Ink and it measures 4 x 5-1/4". My red layer is Pure Poppy card stock, also from Papertrey Ink, and it measures 4-1/4 x 5-1/2".

The sketch calls for a square in that center area but it just didn't look right with the cups so I die cut a circle from vellum card stock {also from Papertrey Ink} using a die from the Circle Frames Die Set, also from Newton's Nook Designs.

Here's a look at {BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 57 for the month of May. If you're interested in seeing a bit more inspiration for this sketch, check out the amazing inspiration from the design team over on the {BYSH} Cardmakers blog!

Crystal
